by the end of January 2020 I receive and payment 200$ for an rare item FENDI Monogram Sweater, next day I ship item for costumer, before purchase costumer was informed that shipping for Canada took around 3 weeks, and he agree. On 1st March I receive an Claim on PP Case ID: PP-D-57220487, before that I have open an international Claim to find out where is parcel, during an answer from Official Post Service from Moldova on 4th March item was scanned at Toronto international Airport, on 8th March buyer was refunded by Paypal Decision and on 13th March 2020 item was successfully delivered to the costumer (we've got an Official Answer from Canadian Post Office with buyers signature) Now I want to open a case but Paypal wont let me do that, I've try to get any help from Paypal using Facebook or Resolution centre, but didn't work at all. I want MY MONEY back or my Item back, because buyer blocked and start use very bad words to me, so i will not see my item back for sure, PLEASE HELP ME!
