Since I’ve received PayPal decision through email 19/03/2020, and I’m keep trying to reach human agent using phone calls or message but no response at all. Covid-19 is the reason? This is not reasnoable excuse because we all working from home. I believe answering phone call or message back are not big deal. The decision made by PayPal on Dispute case ID: PP-D-58711188, is wrong because;
It is breach eBay policy of "Not as described sale".
PayPal agent did not ask for evidence to investigate before taking decision.
I have 14 documents as evidences. I did all my best to send them via PayPal messages or <removed> but no response at all.
I've made many phone calls to speak with human agent in PayPal but no one care. Keep me waiting for long long time with automated stuff, then cut 0ff the line.
