I have been a loyal customer for many years and made thousands of dollars in transactions. I reported a fraudulent web site (www.wildbystore.com) and I wanted a charge of $42.25 refunded. They wasted my time, blew me off and ruled in favor of the scam artists. Why is Paypal unable to provide human-quality support to recognize that a website is fraudulent? What are my options after the case has been closed in favor of the seller four times in the last 2 weeks? How many other innocent buyers will that website defraud before they close shop an move on?
