I placed an order for a large tool set via Facebook with a vendor located in China. I used Paypal to pay the seller and waited. I received a shipping notification and all was working, I thought. I had ordered several things from different sellers. After a while, I checked the tracking number and turns out it was not valid. I contacted the seller and received no response. I then decided to file a dispute with Paypal to get my funds returned. Paypal contacted the seller and after a while I got a response saying the vendor provided a shipping document and the case was closed by Paypal. The information provided to me showed a tracking number and I was able to identify an order that I did receive that was for a ladies bracelet I did not order. I received the bracelet, the vendor's name or order information was not on the packaging. I took pictures of the package and the received item and contacted vendor, no response. I have been trying to figure out how to get the case reopened, and with the non-user friendly site, I have found it impossible. Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed or am I just out the money. thanks wcestes
