UPDATE: Just managed to contact PayPal staff via phone. The lady was very nice and forthcoming and saw in the system that still proof of address must be filed, so she sent me manually the link, where the documents can be uploaded. I uploaded them I hope now the issue will finally be resolved. But without the call, this would not be possible. This is a critical error and PayPal must fix this ASAP. If I did not call (or would not be able to speak in English), possibly the account would be un-blockable and real money would be frozen indefinitely. Unacceptable, really. --- Over a week ago my business account received a limited status due to some needed documents. I quickly added all of the necessary documents, but the limitations still are active. I have tried to contact PayPal at least 5 times, but always receive a generic message stating that additional information is needed and should be filled in the resolution center. The thing is that the account is limited, but in the resolution center, there are no cases or links, what information or where it should be added. So, I am in this infinite loop - limitations are applied and the system says that additional information is needed, but, when I go to the resolution center or business settings, it shows no information to add. This is very crippling to the business because several services are paid via Paypal, but now nothing goes through. I don't understand, why you have such a problematic process. More effectively you should give the business at least 2 weeks to provide the documentation before limiting the account. Not limiting it *before*.
