We have received some emails regarding a 'disused account' even thought the account is active and used regularly.
The email contains some links which we have not activated - however, when we access the account and its message section, the email does not appear in any historic record of emails sent to us by PayPal. Is it a genuine email? What follows is a cut-and-paste of some of the email:

Hi, I am trying to attach a new bank account to my PayPal account. I began this process earlier this week and was informed that two payments would be made to this second account and that, when I noted them in my account balance, I should register their reference code with PayPal. However this new account currently shows no payments into it from PayPal. Have these payments been made? How long do they take to make? Or to show in an ordinary bank account?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am having difficulty adding a new user to my business account. I fill in the necessary fields - first name, second name, email, new user name, new password and then when I press continue I get the message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request. Please try again later." Can anyone help?
