I opened a dispute because i have not yet received the items that i payed for in January. And the person will not communicate with me. The only option that the dispute gave me to open was "unauthorized Payment". So that is the one that i clicked. I had no other option to click on. My dispute was denied. I need to open and dispute because i want my money back for the items that i have not received. I bought the item on a facebook page. It is a maternity clothes sale page. The person that was selling the items, will not respond to my messages or comments on the facebook post. I just want my money back.
