I have been trying to respond to a case I have and after submitting I get an error that says "Looks like something went wrong on our end".
I have tried everything what suggested in help and here in the community (like clearing cache, use a different browser, wait for two days for system reset and all another nonsense).
All their Message Centers, Help, Contact us just loop to each other, completely useless. Tried to call them - same loop with no live person available. I am not alone on this based on search results and this problem persist for at least 4-5 months now.
Very negative experience. Buggy and complete ignorance to customer needs. Is this what PayPal became this days?
Still have a little hope for help.
