I have 2 separate cases with the same Seller that have now been denied twice. I have made 3 attempts to PayPal to get this resolved and have my money refunded. Each time I speak with an Agent, I am told this will be resolved however the same outcome continues to happen. The Seller provided Fraudulent Shipping/Tracking information 3 times now. The tracking info shows my merchandise was delivered PRIOR to the date I even purchased the items. Each time I call PayPal, the Agent says they see the Tracking Info is bogus but then they file the claim, notify the Seller and then I receive an email from PayPal saying my case is denied because the Seller provided tracking/shipping information and the items were delivered. I keep pointing out to PayPal, it's the same fraudulent shipping info that is being sent and noone seems to be abe to get me my refund and close this case properly. These are very dishonest business practices. I am very frustrated in trying to get resolution to this matter. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this resolved?
