Hi, can someone tell me their experience with making a claim about a stolen package? It was tracked and said delivered but never received. A report was made about the stolen mail but will paypal side with me and return my money since the package was sent without signature and the value was over 750US?

Hi, I had a package stolen and made a mail and police report. The seller sent a very high value package valued at $100 no signature. When making a claim and having the reports is it possible that I won't get the money back? The seller is trying to offer half without opening a claim. Thanks in advance for any response!
