Hi Community, I recently consented to sending the company, Bucksmith Limited, payment for an item using my PayPal account. However, Bucksmith Limited sent an email offering one half off on a second item of the name nature of the one I authorized payment for. After I responded to the email, reminding Bucksmith Limited of the fact that I had not yet received the first, they sent an autoresponse. Here it is: "Your request (11008) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." What "request?" This made me suspicious. I am uneasy about that and suspect Bucksmith Limited automation interprets by responses as some sort of confirmation that I wanted the addition item at half price. How do I BLOCK Bucksmith Limited since I fear there may be automated billing for the additional item I have not consented to. Please do not answer this by recommending the "Help Center" or anything like that. How do I BLOCK Bucksmith Limited, at least for now, to prevent being billed for the additional item I am certainly not interested in. Thanks.
