Anyone had the problem with a wrong decision with Paypal resolution center? Customer sent me an order and a Paypal invoice to a specific shipping address. So my service to ship is the same day and enven the same hour. So I shipped the goods to the address on the invoice same day. 4-5 days later the customer found out he made a mistake in the shipping address so he request an other shipment.. but the good are already gone to the address on the invoice. So after discutions with Paypal resolution center the gave the customer reason to claim the money for the goods he didn't received. Am I wrong to think that that is not the good decision or that would be the customer resposability for his mistake at first ? In the previous emails I received the customer enven blamed Paypal for the mistake of the shipping address! Thanks for reading.
