in my situation, the recipient of a money transfer from me, once accepted, will not hit her bank account. originally, we tried to reverse the transfer. this has been going on for 1.5 yrs without resolution, paypal strung us along for 1.5 YEARS. all along, 180 days, according to paypal is the window to report issue. of course, they dont referece that while they are stringing you along. Make sure you send inqiry w/i 180 day/2 statements, or they will KEEP your money, and you ll have to go to arbitration
