I received a notice from PayPal saying a problem I had a couple of months ago was “solved”. Many others had the same problem with this company. I opened a case in the “Resolution Center”. Solving the problem was this “ I could pay to have the piece of crap wig back to the company in CHINA, which we all know will take forever, cost more than the item and I would never see my refund!!! I feel that PayPal passed the buck on this one. NOT happy! Anyone else have same response and their case closed?
