Apparently I put in a wrong number when signing up my Paypal account but I also didn't verify the phone obviously because I wouldn't be able to accept and put in the code. For whatever reason today I got prompted to put in a code sent to my phone. Now I'm locked out because whatever I try to do it asks me to put in the code sent to the wrong phone number. I have access to my email. I have the password to my Paypal and haven't changed it. I tried the option to change the password so maybe it would allow me to somehow access my funds. It sent me a code to my email, I entered it and then it redirected me to, you guessed it, the enter sms code sent to the wrong number. What can I do now? I'm locked out of my funds right now. I've attempted to contact support but it seems that you need to be logged in to your account to do that, which is like a bad joke. Is there a way to access my account somehow? I know that there used to be an option to check that I don't have access to the phone number a long time ago because it was one of the solutions I've found on the board for someone who had the same issue in 2015, but the option doesn't show up anywhere.
