I am returning a significantly not as described item to a seller, who has agreed to a full refund as soon as she receives the item back it its original condition. I have not filed a claim, yet, and I offered to pay return shipping. I'm sure I would do the same thing if I were in her shoes but what's to prevent the seller from saying it's not in the same condition and refusing to refund my money? I can't find a Paypal reference to what should happen first: buyer returns item to seller, or seller refunds money to buyer? Thanks!
