I received payments from a buyer. PayPal says the money is available. When try to transfer the money to my checking account I cannot complete the transfer. My checking account is linked to PayPal. I looked at Help and it says to click on a link/button that is not on my Summary page. The item I sold will be sent to Florida. The buyer said that the item will be forwarded to Uruguay. I'm not sure how that is supposed to happen. Could this be preventing me from transferring the money into my checking account? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
