I did provide new evidence. Paypal is now issuing refunds on fraud claims from Yinglian Trading Co.. You have realized that this is a complete bait and switch operation. This plastic tray they sent me was unsolicited goods. At no time did they offer to sent the originally ordered metal shelves. Since I did not get the shelves. I want the payment back. Unsolicited goods should not need not be returned at the buyers expense. It was not my mistake.
