I wish you luck in getting your money back. At this point I don’t even want my money refunded. When a company claims to have buyer protection as PayPal does( see below copied directly from their site) they should at the very least take the time to investigate the claim. I can see where these types of scams could be very costly to PayPal if they had to refund everyone’s money but to treat a customer like they are the criminal when all that is being asked is for an investigation and possible solution to stop this company is unacceptable. If they don’t make this right with their customers, I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against them. As for me, 60 dollars is not worth my time and effort. Lesson learned, I will never use PayPal again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. However I will keep all communications and documentation on this if anyone can use it to help their own case. You're Protected If: 1. You were charged for something you didn't purchase. This may mean someone has used your PayPal account without your knowledge or approval. Report it within 60 days and PayPal will investigate. You will be covered by our $0 Liability for Eligible Unauthorized Transactions program. 2. Your order never arrives. All you have to do is log in to your account and open a dispute to get the refund process started. If you made the purchase on eBay, start here instead.
