Hello and good day to you. I pray that you and yours are well during this time of crisis. My name is <removed>, and I come to you with two issues. First issue has to do with prepaid card ending in 058. I had assumed that when I added this card to my PayPal account that it was added to the prepaid account. After having activation issues via the website, I ended up calling in to have it done. I attempted to access my account information and was unable to. This I attempted several times since receiving the card. If not mistaken, it first denied me access, then went to freezing up and now it's telling me that it is locked. I need to have it unlocked please and thank you. Second issue that I am having and I am not sure what to do or even where to start just to get this taken care of, but this is my 2nd active account with PayPal. My first account ending with <removed>, had to be closed and I opened a new one. In doing so, I inadvertently forgot to update all accounts that I had linked together with Cashapp being one of them. Early to mid Feb, I attempted to add funds to my PayPal from the Cashapp doing it as a transfer which was declined by PayPal. So I then went to Cashapp and was able to do a ACH transfer to my PayPal account. It was close to the weekend and didn't think much of it until the middle of the following week. Having realized that I hadn't received any notification informing me of the actual deposit I reached out to Cashapp who basically wants me to do their job while they get paid, have told me that they can't reverse the charges attached a form to submit to Bancorp's ACH deparrment and said that I needed to contact them. This has now happened twice to me now. I contacted them as originally instructed and the young lady informed me that she can see that funds were sent to you, PayPal, the day it was sent and received and sent Feb 2 2020 at or around 0900. She couldn't tell me much else as to PayPal actually receiving the ACH transfer or where it went to. Though she couldn't help me much as she said her department just handles the ACH transactions for PayPal and nothing more. Eventually I had to call you, PayPal in regards to take care of something else about 2 weeks ago and made inquiries this matter and that gentleman told me that it's a closed account and it would be sent back (not sure if he accesses my entire information as I felt that he was basically feeding back the information I was supplying him), and to give it a few days. Having done so and going back again to Cashapp to be told the same script as the original inquiry, I am past fed up and really feel that somebody needs to compensate me for all of this aggregation. With my life story minus medical complications add to which this virus that is going around, can somebody, anybody tell me what happened to the two transactions that has now mysteriously gotten lost in the systems of either PayPal or Cashapp as well as assist with unlocking my account so that I may have access?
