Help, help, help!! So I made 2 purchases via a website and selected to pay via the link to a debit card as opposed to the PayPal link. Once the transaction was completed, I received an invoice/receipt of payment from the merchant via PayPal. The problem now it's been 3 weeks and I have not received any shipping notification from the seller. I've emailed which proved to be futile reference shipping status of the products. Since I received a receipt from the merchant via PayPal is there any way I can get a refund or go through with a chargeback. As it stands on my PayPal activity it doesn't show that I made any payments to the merchant but I do have a receipt from PayPal via the merchant confirming the success of the payment. Also, note that I had previously purchased from this seller unfortunately for this time around it's causing me distress. Grateful if someone can assist. I have also tried using the Paypal resolution services but it doesn't give an option close to what I'm trying to explain or dealing with.
