For the past month- I have not been able to collect or send money. PayPal says due to suspicious activity. I ask what activity- they can’t tell me. I have sent in three documents to prove my identity and place of residence with no resolution. I have spoke to customer service, demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told 5 times that it would be just wasting time- on hold for an hour and a supervisor comes on the phone where I make him aware that I have been holding for an hour well he was oblivious to this and had no way of knowing - then they wanted more information because I blacked out my account number from my utility bill. Has anyone had this much trouble trying to reconcile an issue- it only takes one pair of eyes to see all documents and my drivers license all have the same name and address on each document. This is very frustrating when I am waiting to pay for car parts which on takes PayPal to repair a vehicle for the past three weeks. How long has it taken any of you in the community to resolve an issue of this kind. I am very irritated! If they could tell me what the suspicious activity was maybe I would understand- but from my stand point this is just something they can do because I have no answers!
