i filed a claim for an incorrect item i recieved and paypal is requiring that i ship the item back, BUT they are saying i need to pay for the item myself.. the company is in hong kong and its going to cost me $112 to ship pack this extremely heavy jacket they sent me ( i was supposed to get shoes ) shouldnt the company be paying for a prepaid label for me? that $112 is half of what i paid for my "shoes" i cant respond to the claim without adding tracking info and paypal is useless when it comes to calling, what do i do?
