Hello, PayPal is saying that my account is limited and when I try to do one of the resolve steps: 'Confirm Identity', it is saying "We can't move forward". Also, I put in some tracking information in the proof of fulfilment area but it's now saying it didn't work, yet it's not letting me alter it... Any help would be really appreciated as I would like to withdraw my money so I can put it into savings. Thank you very much
