Hi @PayPal_Olivia , I contacted customer service you mentioned many times, but they don't understand what I said. The seller's shopping site is closed and Paypal is the only one which can provide the shipping address. The shipping address that Paypal provided is not valid and I explained why I couldn't send the item back. But Paypal still says I didn't send the item back and closed the case by my fault. No, it's Paypla's fault. I got the address from the very Paypal. Paypal give me a wrong information. I followed your information and I couldn't send the item back. How does Paypal say that is my fault? Are Paypal and the seller the same team? The seller cheated me posting the product on their site even they didn't have. They are using your refund policy and intentionally provides the wrong address. They are using Paypal and using your policy. As a moderator, I think you, Olivia, should check the files about this refund case. Every time the customer service guys are changed and don't understand what happened to me. Regards,
