I paid for a product on e-bay with my debit card but did not receive anything in the post. I notified the seller and he immediately replied to me saying that he will send a refund. I received an e-mail from PayPal confirming that the seller sent me a refund. 13 days later I received another e-mail stating that the refund had cleared. At this point I signed up to PayPal (using the same e-mail address I use for ebay - which is the same address that PayPal notified me on). Once I logged my balance did not reflect any money or payment. It is now 2days since I received the email from Paypal saying that the money is cleared or reflected, but I am not sure why I have not received or seen anything reflected. My e-mail address was verified/ confirmed and my PayPal is linked to eBay. I don't know why else I would be having this problem...I will try call the South African customer service now as I don't know how to resolve this at all.
