I have ordered an intelligent camera from a Chinese site [https://www.thelalaco.com/products/wireless-monitoring-intercom-intelligent-visual-doorbell](https://www.thelalaco.com/products/wireless-monitoring-intercom-intelligent-visual-doorbell) (currently not available as the seller removed it, but another site sells it [https://www.gracyco.com/products/wireless-monitoring-intercom-intelligent-visual-doorbell](https://www.gracyco.com/products/wireless-monitoring-intercom-intelligent-visual-doorbell)), which seems very appealing for the price and its specs. I checked the site, the seller was offering PayPal, so I said "what the heck, I will buy it and if something happens PayPal will cover me... which was not the case. To cut the story short, I paid $40 for a camera that does not exist at all and seller sent me a doorbell. Where is the scam? Well, the doorbell costs around $5 and seller will apologize and asks to give you a partial refund to keep it. If you decide to send it back to China, the shipping expenses would be at least $15, so the seller bets that you will accept the refund and keep the item rather than send it back and lose $15 for shipping it. I have contacted PayPal, explained them the case, denying to send it back and pay the costs by myself and PayPal decided to reward the full amount to the seller. So, be aware!!! Here is the site I used [https://www.thelalaco.com/](https://www.thelalaco.com/), avoid it, it's a SCAM. Wondering why PayPal cannot cover cases like that
