The return shipping on us link does not appear anywhere under the original transaction that was refunded due to a defective item and a resolution case rules in my favor. I got the refund but no return shipping on us refund link . I used desktop and mobile versions and the Telus PayPal Canada email group have not been helpful. They said I have 30 days from when the item was shipped back and it's approaching. Who do I contact or what do I do? If it expires because their website doesn't work or their staff don't respond how can I get this refund which is due ?
