Hi Thanks for the reply, yes I did read it, the problem is that although I did register a tracking order and the product has been market as arrived there is still no movement, The people at Ebay, who have been very helpful and easy to contact say there from their end all is well and that the problem is from PayPal, I have been trying for 4 days now by phone, email etc and just cannot get help. I am sure that 5 mins with someone who can look into the problem it could be resolved. I have spent many many hours trying to do my bit. it clearly is a lack of customer support and an unwillingness to help the individual thanks anyhow S
