Good afternoon,
I had recently made a purchase of $54.05 via PayPal guest checkout. Unfortunately, it turns out that the retailer (EMERYSHOP.com) that I purchased from was a scammer who used someone else's tracking number. I had spent all morning trying to settle this dispute with UPS and the retailer, but the latter was unresponsive and had phony customer service information on their website. I proceeded to speak with a PayPal representative, who encouraged me to send you this email attached with the report I made to IC3 earlier today. I truly hope that this case will be investigated and that this could bring justice to the others who have been scammed- you can view their comments here:(removed) I hope to be refunded for this purchase.
