Hi, On May 3, 2019 I received a notice from Paypal that our account was being closed for "security issues." I have received no information on what the security issue is, including after many attempts at contact through email and phonee. The email is pasted below. The account is based in Costa Rica. The email states that paypal will be in contact after 180 days with information on how to disburse our funds. So far I have received no email, have sent a number of messages to the help center with no response, and have not been able to get anyone on the phone who can help resolve this issue. Does anyone know where I might turn? Thank you for any help! ____________ Hello XXX For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks.
