Received an email from Daniel at PayPal this morning (this is the 5th employee sending me an email on my same issue!) In his email, Daniel said that "after reviewing your account and I can not locate the email containing the incorrect address. However, I have extended your case by 8 days to give you time to send the item to the correct address for a full refund." Of course he would not have found an email with the wrong address, as it was PURGED by his incompetent colleague! This guy is either doing drugs or highly incompetent too, because IF HE WERE TO REVIEW MY ACCOUNT as he said he did in his email, he would have found out that I had sent my watch back to the address PayPal had sent me to USA on the 17th January 2020, after which date, PayPal sent ANOTHER email with the correct address on the 22 January 2020, forwarding PayPal with relevant documentation. I am lodging a legal claim at local European Consumers Centre.
