Hi I am the seller. I sold a product which was delayed because of the courier. The buyer opened a case with eBay (item did not arrive and/or did not receive on time). The eBay team decided to reimburse the buyer. Shortly after, the buyer received an empty and damaged package which means that the item I sent was missing. My question is whether I am protected through PayPal's seller protection in this case. If yes, how can I proceed. Thank you
