I'm being scammed on Depop. A girl in America bought an item from me which I then posted a few days later, from London to California, but even though she asked me when it will be posted as if there was no problem, as soon as I told her it had been posted she opened a claim stating it was an "unauthorised transaction". I have receipts for postage which I've uploaded, but I've been charged by Paypal (14 pounds) and the money she paid for the item (40 pounds) has been taken out of my account too. I just don't understand how it is my problem that the transaction was "unauthorised" (which I know is a lie, and she is scamming me) and I don't understand why I have to pay her back for this problem, especially when she's not going to send the item back. The reason I know this is a lie is because she has reviews on her account saying she filed a "unauthorised transaction" dispute for other items she bought. This is really upsetting me as 55 pounds is a lot of money to me and it's unfair that people can get away with this. Also, Paypal are not replying to my messages, emails or phone calls, and therefore there is nothing I can do.
