So, I booked a service with UPS. i paid using my debit card which was connected to pay pal. which is why the amount was immediately deducted from my account. However, the service was not rendered because UPS "overlooked" my scheduled pick up. Anyway, so i contacted UPS for refund but they said they cannot process the refund because it is still on pending status with Pay pal. I insisted that the amount was already deducted from my account but they also insisted that the payment hasn't reflected in their account as it is an unconfirmed service with pay pal. therefore, my money was still with pay pal. They've told me that in 90 days my money will automatically refunded to my account. and so i waited. Note: i still kept emailing pay pal in between those times because i couldn't file a dispute under that transaction ID because it was under pending transactions. Plus every time i would email pay pal, they would reply only with automated replies that does not even answer my questions. i tried calling their number but my One Time Code is always "unrecognizable". it's so frustrating to contact pay pal because i feel like they are purposely avoiding refund transactions. How can i get hold of them?
