My account has been restricted. On 2nd of February 2020, I have sold a Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Khaki bag through PayPal invoice. My buyer paid £1470 on 2nd of February 2020, after he paid the payment was on pending. I shipped the item on 4th of February 2020 with DHL Express Shipping, I have also provided the tracking number. The package arrived to my buyer today, 5th of February, which he also told me. PayPal also asked me to provide some personal information like my passport photo, which I have also submitted. Today 5th February 2020, I have received an email from PayPal account Review Department saying that from now on I cannot send nor receive money with my account, because at the time I opened my PayPal account I was under 18 (currently I am 20) and I must be 18 to open an account. I would need to open a new account to continue using your service. My concern is that, I cannot receive my payment anymore, even if I open a new account there is no way this payment would be transferred there. On the other hand, the status of the received payment, says that I have successfully submitted all the required documents, thus after 7 days I would receive my payment. On the other hand, PayPal says that I cannot use PayPal anymore, because they noticed activity in my account that’s inconsistent with your User Agreement and you no longer offer me PayPal services. Is there any way that I can receive my payment? Please help me, this is very urgent. Thank you for you reply in advance.
