I'm a college student who does digital art commissions for a bit of side money. Recently one of my customers mistakenly opened four disputes on me on previous orders, which has landed my balance as negative. They don't know how to cancel these disputes, and from the screenshots they sent me there is no option to cancel the disputes, which I find to be very poor designing on PayPal's part. I have already filed responses to all four of these cases. I also had saved up for a commission and the payment date is closing in, I've already let the person know about this turn of events. But I'm nervous that PayPal will be far too slow getting the issues resolved, and I don't want to waste time waiting around for something to be done about this. Previous articles on how to cancel disputes are now deleted, so there's no help there. How can my customer cancel these disputes? Will my balance be restored to what it originally was before the disputes were opened? If my customer deletes their current account will the disputes be voided and my balance returned? Please put any solution you know in the comments.
