So after calling and explaining that 2 transactions were fraudulent and unauthorized, they denied my claim again: We received the case(s) you filed on February 2, 2020. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s). Sorry for any problems?!! I have been robbed! Someone used your service to steal from me. It is clear that PayPal is a corruptible, insecure service that cares little for the harm it can cause. It is far too easy for others to access your money and get away with it. What I read in their reply is: we have been paid, thank you for that. I can live without PayPal. I can't live with others stealing from me. So closing my PayPal account, and encouraging others affected in the same way to do the same, seems to be the only recourse I have. Even if I could recover my money through my bank, PayPal is too risky to continue.
