I have moved country - Malta to The Philippines. In order to 'update' my PayPal account I, according to PayPal regulations, need to close my original account down and open a new one. Problem is, when I try to close my account, it turns out it's impossible = message pops up: "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." ... and customer service is of no help... - suggestions?
