Hello, I made to disputes towards two items I didn’t receive. One I said was replying but didn’t get a refund and one I said has now stopped replying. One customer replied to the dispute saying how I didn’t get the item and the other didn’t message proving what I said. The disputes have been closed and I want paypal to look further into it! This is a 100 pounds which I’ve spent and received nothing, I’ve been loyal using this service for the buyer protection but it seems like I’ve had no protection at all. They’re not answering the phone and I tried messaging them and it says to call
