I’m experiencing the same problem with a bank transfer from PayPal. I did a transfer 5 days ago & it went straight through. The next transfer was for less but I also got the “we have placed a security hold on your transfer” message. I’ve called PayPal twice about it & keep going around in circles with their bureaucratic excuses. I asked to speak with a supervisor & of course they all happened to be busy. I really need this money & am getting nowhere.
