If your payment is unclaimed, it can only be for one of the two reasons below:
The payment was sent to an email address or phone number that isn't confirmed on a PayPal account. It's possible that you made a typographical error when sending the payment, or the intended recipient is yet to add and/or confirm the email address or phone number on their PayPal account.
The recipient is yet to accept the payment. A recipient is required to accept or refuse a payment if it's in a different currency to the balances they currently have in their PayPal account.
If your payment remains unclaimed it will automatically be cancelled and returned to you after 30 days.
