Hey all! Good day! Around the last week of December 2019 I have submitted additional information as requested by email I got when I changed some information on my account. On that email I was told the deadline was on the 11th of January 2020. By the 12th of January, I received an email stating that my account has been limited for failure to upload the required information and that my account will be further limited by the 27th. There's a button that says "re-confirm your identity" but when I click on it, it takes me to a page that lists some information but they have all been ticked with a green check mark, because I already have uploaded them before the initial deadline. As soon as I received this email I immediately acted on it to keep my account functions not limited. I'm certain that my account is still limited as I cannot withdraw funds to my bank account and I cannot send payments. I have not received any emails saying that my account has been restored as well. I contacted Paypal through the website contact page and received a response on the 17th of January stating that my account is still being reviewed, but I'm concerned as I'm getting no updates and the 27th is fast approaching so I sent another email again on the 20th and got the same response. I tried contacting Paypal through facebook but I get automated responses, I don't know what else to do. I don't think I can call them because it's a US phone number and I'm from the Philippines. My account has been limited for 10 days and counting and I really need to withdraw a significant amount to ship items out to my customers. Can anybody help out? Or does anybody know what to do in this scenario?
