The customer opened a case on ebay after they purchased a month before and living a positive feedback, claiming that the item was used (On the description was clear that the item was second hand, so i refused to refund the money). Ebay closed the case on my favour. After that the customer opened the case on paypal, sadly i didn't check my emails and i didn't get notifications on the app or the website and the customer was refunded.
The customer made a fake claim and took advance of his position.
