Basically as the title suggests, I can't get ahold of a person through the help center as it tells me to just go to the resolution center. In the resolution center there are no steps to resolve the limitations. I'm at a loss of what to do. My account was in a negative because of a chargeback and then payments came through and are now in a positive, it's been at least 2 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated, I have people to pay asap.
