Hello all!
Right I paid for a UPS postage label by Paypal which I then voided, however it's left a stuck authorisation for £5.39 on my account. UPS say it's for Paypal to resolve, Paypal say they've removed the authorisation but it's still there...any thoughts please? Thanks!

Dear Andy, Thank you for your email. I am so sorry that this situation got you worried. Normally, refund for voided shipments are processed within 10 calendar days. Since the stipulated 10 business days have passed, and you still not see a credit on your PayPal account, then the billing dispute must be directly addressed to PayPal.
