In the Resolution Center- I need to respond to a ‘response required’ in my claim. I hit the ‘respond’ button and it takes me to a window that shows a timeline/progress of my case and other generic info regarding my case.
I dont see any option to enter any sort of response. I have a message/email that I’d like to respond with. The last email from PP asked for more info, but doesn’t state what info!
I haven’t gotten a reply to my last email to PP re: my dealings with this crooked seller. Is there an email contact that I can send my info/response to, where is sure to be read? Thanks!
