There have been ten cases of this reported by my post office. I got a letter from the post office stating that MY tracking number belonged to another person in my city, and gave them the person's address. Pal Pal would not accept this as proof. They said that the USPS site says that my package was delivered to the right city, no street address is given on the USPS site, so there is nothing they can do. They want me to have the USPS change the way they give information on their web site. An official letter from the post office does not count? Pay Pal won't contact the seller, who is in China. I have tried without any luck. Wouldn't you think Pay Pal would be interested in helping a client?
