Hi community, Why is it so so so hard to get help with my other Kenyan account login? <removed> listed doesn't even ring. Cleared cache,changed browser....same message: can'tconfirm it's you....can only get help through a call. Had to open a second account just to access this community. Called US,UK twice given a number for Singapore, but all referred back to the same number. Been trying for over three weeks now....both SAfrican working hours, and US How do i access a call centre that can actually help with Kenyan accounts? Someone please help
