Same story different Chinese company. Bought 2 'drones' got cheap junky toys. Opened a dispute when they never shipped (fake shipping #). THEN they shipped something. Waited another 2 months to get **bleep** plastic toys. Opened another dispute (not as advertised). Followed Paypal's directions to a "T". Sent the junk back to the exact address I was asked too. 2 1/2 MONTHS later, the junk arrived back at my doorstep. (Seller refused the package). Great now I am out another almost $50 for this crap! Now PayPal is saying too bad. So for those who said 'why would I mail this crap back?" They were right because PayPal won't help even when you do exactly what they asked you to do.

I too have been a PayPal member for many years. If they do not make this right for me I will close my account with them too and share to everyone on social media that PayPal supports scammers.

I put in a dispute for the 2 charges they got me with for 2 'drones' which have never shipped/arrived. I am worried that after being contacted by Paypal, they will ship the garbage I am reading about and I do not even want them to ship the crap at this point, I just want my refund. I tried to go in and update my dispute but the only two options are 'cancel' or 'change type' neither of which applies. Why can't we go in and add information to the dispute ??
